Fresh and local ingredients means it’s flavorful and healthy. We get all of our Tempeh from Gainesville’s own Artomoro Tempeh, our Catfish from Wildman Foods, Shrimp from Docks of Mayport Florida, our other meats from Florida Foods, our veggies from Wards, Rainbow Produce, and the farmers of Union Street Farmers Market. Our Kombucha comes from Gnarbucha and other North-Central brewers, and we feature beers brewed here in Gainesville at First Magnitude. Our new menu has options for vegans and meat eaters alike, so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
